Outstanding Maintenance for 2017-18
Dear Residents,
The
due date for payment of Q4 maintenance has lapsed on 20th
January 2018. There are still a number of residents who are yet to
pay their dues. We request all residents who have not paid their dues
to make payments immediately. Payments after due date will attract
late payment charges. Please contact the concerned team as mentioned
below.

shall be made through account payee cheques drawn in favor of
“SAI
ORCHARDS COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LTD.”

write your Flat No., Mobile No., Email ID on the backside of the
cheque.

Failing to pay the charges on or before the dates mentioned above will attract penalty of min. Rs. 50 to max. 18% per annum.

Non-honored (bounced) cheques will be fined Rs. 100 per incidence.

Non Occupancy charges will be 10% additional of the base service charges
