Important Notes: 
  • In case of NEFT payments, it is responsibility of residents/payer to provide copy of acknowledgment receipt to the society office.
  • Please write down your name, contact no and Flat no. in comment/remark section in case of NEFT.
  • After transferring funds to the above account, Please e-mail the acknowledgment at connect.sochs@gmail.com with your Transaction Details and your Name, Flat No./Row House No., Mobile No. 
  • Failing to pay the charges on or before the dates mentioned above will attract penalty of min. Rs. 50 to max. 18% per annum.
  • Non-honored (bounced) cheques will be fined Rs. 100 per incidence.
  • Non Occupancy charges will be 10% additional of the base service charges.
  • Row Houses will be charged 25% less than base service charges.
