General Guidelines

  • Residents are requested to inform the Society office before shifting in and out of the Society.
  • Furniture work should be done between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. If any resident files a complaint about the timings or disturbance due to the work society reserves rights to stop the work. Residents are requested to co-operate with their neighbors.
  • Members doing internal alteration in their flat/row house should obtain NOC from society office before starting the job. No Structural change will be allowed in the flat. If any member attempts for structural change which will cause damage to the construction of the building, it will be treated as an offence and the resident will have to face legal action against the same.
  • Renting out flat to Bachelors/Spinsters is not allowed. Flat should be rented out only to families
  • Every resident is requested to submit their updated contact numbers and email address in society office or by sending out email to connect.sochs@gmail.com
  • No new gate pass will be issued to maids/drivers or such personnel without an authorization letter from the resident.
  • All the garden and parking lights will be turned off after 10:00 pm.
  • Residents are requested to use the complaint form available at the society office to log the complaints and are requested not to direct any society staff for any complaint processing. Society administration has set a process to manage complaints and resident's complaints will be processed accordingly.
  • Gardens should not be used for playing any (e.g. Football, cricket, etc.) games.
  • Pets are not allowed in any of the gardens. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
  • Terrace keys will be issued only on Saturdays and Sundays (Except emergency cases ) between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please schedule your work on these days only. Except emergency cases.
  • Temple premises are strictly not allowed for personal programs. Society permission is required for any other common program/function.
  • Please inform and help your guest about facilities related to parking at the , main gate of society.
  • Smoking and spitting is strictly prohibited in common area. If anyone is found not complying with this rule, society reserves the right to impose penalty. Society may take harsh action in case of repeated failures to comply with this rule (display of names and photos of individuals who are found guilty)
  • Please do not pluck the flowers from the any garden.
  • Please get the clearance from the society before moving out.
  • Security will not allow goods to get out of the society if you do not have the required clearance from the society office. Please plan accordingly.
  • If your new tenant is moving in then you need to complete the formalities before the tenant arrives. Please get in touch with society to get the NOC and other documents.
  • The timing for Shifting the goods (inside/outside) are 10.00 am to 7.00 pm ONLY.
  • Society office will be open all the day morning 9:30 am to 7:00 pm except Monday.
  • Please use lift efficiently. Do not keep the lift doors open.
  • Please take due care and put your water tap/Gas/Electrical main off when you are traveling outside city.
  • Please do not throw paper, plastic bags, wrappers etc. on road/garden/play area and you are requested to use dust bins for the same to keep the society
  • Dump used pads, condoms in paper and put it in dust bin. This will help Society’s drainage system working efficiently.
  • Park your vehicles at your allotted parking area and keep your parking clean.
  • Do not use reverse horn while parking your 4 wheeler. It creates disturbance in the society. If at all you want to use it outside the society then please put the switch.
  • Drive slowly in society premises with speed 10 km/hr and do not blow horn unnecessarily. If we maintain this speed we do not require speed breaker. This will save cost. Respect pedestrians first.
  • Keep your dustbin clean and inside the house once the dust bin is cleared by our housekeeping person.
  • Any construction material/furniture waste shall be scrapped by owner. Do not throw in common area.
  • Owners are advised to ensure that tenants clear paper bill, milk bill and cable bill before they vacate flat in society.
  • Please cooperate and respect security by advising your visitors to follow the entry formalities while entering the society.
